First, we would like to thank you for visiting our web-shop. Before registration please read the following information carefully. To be able to use the web-shop you need to register first. You can read about the registration process in greater detail in the next section.
The products that are available in our web-shop can be purchased personally on our premises as well. Our address: 69 Horvath Mihaly street Hatvan 3000 Hungary
The net and gross prices are pointed out besides the products. The gross price includes the packaging cost, but does not include the shipping charge. Before your purchase it is highly recommended to check the shipping charges under Shipment menu.
Registration&Purchasing process
Before making your first purchase in our web-shop, you have to register. You can start your registration by clicking on the Registration label on the left. In the registration form each field have to be filled out. After typing in the requested data and accepting the General Sales Terms you can register by clicking on the registration button. Then, an e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address that includes a link. By clicking on this link you can activate your registration.
After activating your registration you can log in and you can purchase from our web-shop at any time. After logging in you can put the selected product into the cart by clicking on the Add to Cart button.
The content of your cart can be checked by clicking on the cart button on the left. After checking the content of your cart you can place your order by clicking on the Order button.
If your purchase is successful, you will receive a confirmation e-mail about your purchase. Soon after that our colleague will send you the invoice by e-mail and you will be requested to arrange payment. If the products are on stock, your ordered items will be sent the next day after the receipt of your payment.

Modification or cancellation of the order
After having received our confirmation e-mail about your purchase your order cannot be deleted or modified electronically.
You can modify or delete your order by sending us an e-mail to the following e-mail address: oraker.kft@gmail.com
You can do this only until your ordered items had not been shipped.
Payment
Currently, there are two kind of payment methods are available:
1. Payment via Pay Pal - Please note that in case of this payment method Pay Pal Fee applies.
Pay Pal Fee: 7% of the total amount of your purchase and shipping charge
2. Payment via Bank Transfer - Please note that in case of payment through bank transfer 7,3Euro bank charge will be added to the total amount of your purchase.
Above the amount of net 300 Euro we overtake these charges but below this amount these charges are added to the total amount to your purchase.
Collect on Delivery (COD) is not available outside Hungary. After the receipt of the remittance we ship the ordered items within 3 days. From customers outside Hungary we can accept payment in Euro currency.
